Said goodbye to barista extraordinaire, Hannah Capell-soon-to-be-Reid. Proud of her as she continues to be a freaking awesome barista and bring top tier coffee to downtown Bellevue at the up-and-coming Cafe Cesura. |
Started brewing with and selling the siphon pot. |
This was a month full of collaboration at Broadway Coffeehouse. Denny Peseau from Victrolla and Ian Levine from Verve gave us bags of coffee, continued relationship with Doma, learned from Zoka barista, Aaron Reid, and of course, were mentored by our friends and roasting company, Stumptown. |
